BLUE LOTUS SPIRIT JOURNEY
From the depths of the primordial waters, Blue Lotus emerges as an ancient ally and keeper of wisdom + medicine + beauty. Long revered as a teacher, guide and healer, this flower offers a gentle yet potent presence. Blue Lotus soothes the nervous system, softens the heart and spirit, awakens the senses, and enhances intuition. Beloved Lotus illuminates the inner landscape, inviting honest presence with oneself. A flower of transformation, Blue Lotus brings a lightness of being and supports the truth of your becoming.
Together we will sit in a Plant Spirit Tea Meditation, grounding into the senses of the body to receive the medicine of lotus and commune with the energetics + spirit of the plant. From here, we will drop into a Drum Journey, allowing lotus to be our ally as we explore our inner landscape and receive restoration and healing from the dark womb of the Earth. Lotus + the drum are a beautiful pair, both ancient allies of healing originating from the lands of the rivers. Come with any intention you may desire to receive + explore. This ceremony will be deeply restoring and illuminating to your entire being. May you walk away with a deeper connection to your self + the spirit of Blue Lotus.
Please note that working with the Drum is one of human-kinds oldest spiritual healing traditions cross-culturally. Adrienne works with the origins of the Mediterranean river cultures as well as her trainings + study of drum journeying in the wise woman tradition of healing and sacred plant medicine.
TEACHER BIO: ADRIENNE
Adrienne is an herbalist, messenger of the Earth, guide + ceremonialist, and teacher. She loves nothing more than communing with the Earth + the elements and sharing their profound wisdom + gifts. Adrienne is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, Sacred Plant Medicine, Holistic Healing, and Traditional Herbalism and has been on this path of study and devotion for 9 years now.
Her path of study is one that explores the connection of the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of wellness in both linear + non-linear realms. Adrienne’s lineage comes from the SWANA region (Southwest Asia + North Africa) and Ireland. The plants have led her on a journey of ancestral remembrance, which serves as a deep guide + inspiration in all that she shares and all that she is. Adrienne’s calling is to guide others in their quest to reconnect with the earth, spirit, and their own bodies + hearts.
Through her work, she offers a sacred space for individuals to access wisdom, support, healing and connection with the earth + themselves. She is passionate about helping others traverse the intricate interplay of the physical and shamanic realms to allow the plants to guide one in the unearthing of the profound beauty that resides within all.
