For a deeper connection with Cacao and the Blue Lotus, we recommend fasting a few hours before the event and staying hydrated throughout the day. Wear comfortable clothing to relax fully during the sound journey, and please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Please note that some people might have difficulties falling asleep when drinking cacao in the evening, so be aware of this if you have to get up early the next morning.
