BLUE LINE FLEX @ Suffolk Downs
Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes with rotating instructors every Tuesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at The Yard @ Beachmont Square at Suffolk Downs.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. Please note, by entering this event, attendees consent to appear in photo and/or video recordings that may be used for commercial or other purposes.
Rumble Boxing by Adrian Bispham
The 10-round, 45-minute fight is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that participation in outdoor fitness activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, dehydration, slips, falls, and exposure to environmental conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities with full knowledge and acceptance of the potential risks.
I hereby release and hold harmless The HYM Investment Group, LLC, Tim Khanoyan Productions, and all instructors, DJs, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, property owners, and any affiliated or participating parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages of any kind—known or unknown—that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
PHYSICAL CONDITION & MEDICAL TREATMENT
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in the event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree that I am solely responsible for my health and well-being during the event. In case of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant permission for the Released Parties to use any photos or videos taken during the event that include my image, likeness, or voice for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes, without compensation or further consent.
CANCELLATION & WEATHER
I acknowledge that the event may be canceled, delayed, or altered due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
BY REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE.
