This practice, called biofield tuning, uses gentle vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, drums, chimes, a shruti box (a soothing drone instrument). And the most powerful instrument of you is your own voice through humming, gentle chanting and vocal toning to help your body deeply relax.
Think of your body as a musical instrument that sometimes gets out of tune from stress, fatigue or life's demands. Biofield tuning uses sound vibrations to gently bring you back into balance, much like tuning a guitar or piano.
