Attention Blue Elk District Leaders!We are excited to announce that the **Blue Elk District Recognition Dinner** will be held on **January 24, 2026**, to honor our incredible volunteers who have gone above and beyond in their service to Scouting.
A night of fellowship and great food as we acknowledge and thank our adult volunteers for the hard work and dedication they made the past year. Dinner includes the presentation of the District Award of Merit and additional leader awards.
We need your help to nominate those outstanding individuals who deserve recognition for their dedication!

Awards to Consider:
**� Scouter’s Spirit Award**
Recognizes Scouters who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Each unit may nominate one individual each year.

**� Silent Service Award**
Honors individuals who have provided significant support behind the scenes. Each unit may nominate one individual each year.

**� District Award of Merit**
The highest award that can be presented in a district, recognizing registered Scouters for noteworthy service.

### Requirements for Nominees:
- Must be a registered Scouter.
- Must have rendered noteworthy service to youth in Scouting or beyond.
- Consideration of the nominee’s Scouting position and attitude toward the district.
