Blue Beings Frequency Immersion:

Release • Receive • Renew is a quiet, sovereignty-centered group experience.

We move through Release → Receive → Renew using brief shaking/tapping, grounding, a simple extended-exhale breath, and subtle sound (432 Hz F-note bowl).

You receive only what your system is ready for.

The space is supported by the Blue Beings— intelligences with a distinctly “blue” quality: sometimes experienced as star-based allies, sometimes primarily as tone/field, and at times appearing with form.

They arrive by resonance and always honor sovereignty and consent.

You’re welcome to relate to them as helpers, archetypes, or simply names for three states we invite: Coherence(body), Compassion (heart), and Stillness (field).

WHAT TO EXPECT

• You’ll choose a small blue crystal upon arrival to hold with intention during the session —and take home as an anchor

• A calm transmission space with soft 432 Hz F‑note crystal bowl tones

• Guided energetic release (brief shaking/tapping), grounding, and extended-exhale breathing

• Support of the Blue Beings

• You may notice: spontaneous sighs, gentle tremor, chest softening, clear quiet, or subtle imagery

• You will receive only what you are ready for, and nothing more

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR

• Comfortable clothing (layers recommended)

• **Please wear BLUE** (any shade)—a scarf, shirt, or small accent is perfect

SAFETY & CONSENT

This is not a form of a medical care.

Modify or skip any practice that doesn’t feel right.

If you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or pregnancy considerations, keep the breath gentle (we use extended exhale—no breath holds).

You control pace and depth at all times.

AFTERCARE

Over the next 24–72 hours you may notice more emotion, sleepiness/lightness, clearer intuition, or sensitivity. Support it with water, protein, salt if needed, nature time, gentle movement, and lower screen exposure.

Avoid big decisions for 24 hours. If anything feels intense, return to extended exhale and feel three contact points (feet/seat/back).

Mario Ruggeri is a grounding presence and somatic practitioner who works with sound, rhythm, and movement to anchor participants in a sense of safety and steadiness. His background in bodywork and frequency-based sound design informs his ability to weave low, resonant tones and embodied pacing into each session. Mario’s facilitation invites the body to settle, the breath to deepen, and awareness to rest in a calm, steady field.

Together, Lana and Mario hold a co-creative space that balances heart openness with grounded stability.
