Our next 200HR YTT begins October 25th and is designed for those who want to become certified to teach and for those that are looking to learn more about yoga or deepen their own practice.Our Yoga Alliance program consists of yoga history and philosophy, sutras, chakras, sound, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and asanas including hatha, flow, yin, kundalini, restorative, prenatal and more.
Our program offers a small intimate group setting allowing for plenty of Q&A, practice time and mentorship. Tuition is $2,600 or $2340 if paid in full before the training start date. A deposit of $780 is required to begin. Payment plans can be arranged. All group classes at the studio are included in tuition throughout the training period.
