The Florida Dragstrip Riot is an annual gathering of vintage (pre-1979) hot rods, custom race cars, trucks, choppers, and show cars. It's also a full day of drag racing, unique vendors, swap meets and memories galore. It all started when a couple of guys put a few bucks together seeking to recapture a simpler time when a best time slip, a kiss from the Flag Girl, and an afternoon with friends and competitors was enough. Not everyone went home with a trophy, but the legends and the memories live on. Driving into our 5th year, that purpose hasn’t changed. The Florida Dragstrip Riot is still Orlando's own annual 1/4 mile heads up nostalgia drag race extravaganza! So dust off your old drag car and get ready to blow off some steam as we celebrate the Golden Age of Drag Racing and Hot Rodding.
