**Class Overview:**
We’ll start by introducing the different types of glass used in glassblowing, along with the essential tools, equipment, and safety precautions. You’ll then learn how to heat the Glaskolben with a torch flame, softening the glass to make it pliable. Once softened, you’ll practice blowing into the Glaskolben to shape your ornaments.
You’ll also explore techniques for adding decorative elements like frit and stringers to make your creations truly unique.
This class is ideal for both beginners and experienced glassmakers. All materials and equipment are provided.
