Come and shake the week off.
We're taking over SOMM in Freemans Bay for the night. It starts with ecstatic dance, a DJ, lights down, you moving however you want. No choreography and no one watching you. Then it slows right down.
When everyone's danced out we pour the cacao and let the room settle. After that there's time to sit and write, with a few prompts if you want them.
You'll go home with a small gift from us.

Where: SOMM, Freemans Bay
When: 13 June 2026, 6.30 to 8.30pm
Bring: a journal or notebook and a pen
Good to know: we dance barefoot, so shoes off at the door. Alcohol and drug free.
Numbers are kept low so it stays intimate. Booking fees are donated to children's education programmes through Humanitix.
