The month of May symbolizes rebirth, renewal and the awakening of nature and the interconnectedness of all living things. This is a time for growth and the magical blooming of all the seeds you have planted this year, literally and figuratively.
Cacao may help move stagnant energy in your body or your life, particularly when you are going through a transformation, life initiation or are at a crossroads.
Cacao is also an aphrodisiac which increases the energy of desire, making one more open to romance. Perfect for the month of Beltane!
This beautiful master teacher has a magical way of tending to the heart-fire by opening and clearing the burdens of the heart, making space for renewal, new beginnings and the blossoming of life.
Event Schedule:
-Arrival & set your space (5-10 min before event begins)
-Opening Circle (starts at 2 PM)
-Ground & Set Intentions
-Drink Cacao
-Dance & Movement Practices
-Sound Healing
-Closing Circle (complete by 4:30 PM)
How to Best Prepare:
-Eat a nourishing lunch
-Be hydrated & bring water to drink
-Prepare as you would for a ceremony (shower or bathe, spend time in nature, set an intention, bring sacred items)
-You may wish to prepare your next meal ahead of time
-Don’t schedule yourself for anything directly afterwards (allow time for integration)
-Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time so we can start on time
Christina will guide you to share intentions in a safe, loving, trauma-informed space. You’ll drink ceremonial cacao, dance through each of the elements and call in guidance from your beloved ancestors and helping spirits.
After drinking cacao, dancing, and doing movement and breath practices you’ll embark on a sound healing journey with alchemy crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, bells, rattles, and ethereal vocals with Sonic Priestess Amara Amethyst.

About your Facilitators:
Christina is a Somatic Womb Alchemist, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Herbalist and Cacao Facilitator Initiate.
She’s also an educator and lifelong lover of nature, animals and children and is currently working with homeschool families in Nevada City, while offering sacred ceremonial cacao ceremonies and creating her Womb Health & Healing practice.
Christina has a profound gift for meeting others where they are on their journey without judgment and holding nourishing, safe, trauma-informed spaces with presence and Love.
When she is not teaching, Christina can be found joining sacred Women’s Circles, playing in nature, dancing to live music, making magical herbal potions and loving up her two sweet kitties.
Amara Amethyst helps heart-centered people, especially womxn and youth, feel safe in your bodies so you can step into authentic leadership. She is a Sonic Priestess and devotee of the Goddess and Earth.
She specializes in creating a nurturing space where you feel safe to soften into trust.
Amara is passionate about exploring the edges and depths of the human experience while cultivating safety and presence.
