Resources & Where to get help if needed
This unique Assertiveness Training has proven its ability to give girls a greater sense of POWER from which they can assert strong boundaries, avoid potential harm & ‘Speak Their Truth’. All forms of abuse impacts emotionally on top of any obvious physical harm – so teaching girls these skills are also important as a protective factor for youth mental health. The Team of DV Prevention Life Coaches provide skills & training to enhance communication: boundary setting & other Personal Empowerment along with a range of Self-Defence moves to escape situations of physical restraint & harm.
