About this Event
Orchard Blossom Day is celebrating orchards as magical places for the benefit of people and nature, places of a huge but dwindling variety of fruit trees and places in need of conservation across Britain and Europe. Trust Links is inviting you to this free event to celebrate the wonderful St Laurence Orchard.
We have 2 great free workshops to choose from, you will need to book on these as places are limited.
An Art workshop with Graham Burnett, he will show you how to make your own charcoal drawing sticks and then you can do some sketching in the orchard. Bring your own materials or some will be provided.
Or you could do a Foraging workshop with Tilly Hogrebe from SOS Wildfood. She will show you what to eat and more importantly, what not to eat.
Otherwise bring a picnic and enjoy some music and poetry under the blossoming apple trees. You dont need to book for this.

Children are welcome but must be under the supervision of a parent/carer at all times.
There wont be any refreshements available. You will need to bring you own food and drinks.
You many wish to bring a rug or folding chairs.
Well behaved dogs on a lead can come along too.
