About this Event
Poetry and flowers both speak in images, colors, and emotions. In this workshop, you'll explore how the art of poetry can be translated into floral design. Take home your own poetry and a mini-bouquet inspired by your words!
This workshop is for anyone curious about creativity, self-expression, or simply looking for a mindful, hands-on experience. No prior poetry or floral design experience necessary!
In this 90 minutes workshop, you will:
- learn our poetry writing process
- write your own lines of poetry using guided prompts
- learn the basics of floral bouquet arranging
- select flowers and create a personal mini bouquet inspired by your poetry
This workshop will be offered twice on October 11th, Saturday. Each session has it's own eventbrite registration.
Session 1: 12-1:30pm
Session 2: 3-4:30pm
All poetry writing supplies and floral supplies will be provided.
