Now’s the perfect time to gather your friends, club, or co-workers and design your own pumpkin-flinging machine. Whether it’s powered by physics, tension, or pure imagination, we’d love to see it on the launch line. No launch device? No problem—there’s still plenty to enjoy!
Spectators can cheer on the teams, marvel at pumpkin drops from a bucket truck, and soak up all the festive fall vibes. Enjoy live music, kids’ autumn activities, local food vendors, and more. Bring a lawn chair and spend the day watching pumpkins fly!

Launcher Size Class
Large - (pumpkins must be 5 lbs or more)
Small - (pumpkins should be 2-4 lbs)
Mini - (pumpkins should be less than 2 lbs and all launcher components must fit entirely in a single vehicle such as a pickup truck, small van, or SUV)
Cannons and chemically powered launchers are NOT permitted.
Launcher fee: $25 per team (max. six people per launching team)
Spectator admission: $10 per vehicle
Launcher team registration deadline is Oct. 15.
Gates open and activities begin at 11 a.m.
Launching begins at noon.
