Taught by Andrea Kempf of Kneading Dough - Andrea owns her own Sourdough Micro-Cottage bakery in Eureka, IL and has started teaching others how to make their own sourdough at home. This specific class, she will be teaching us how to make Gluten Free Sourdough! She's going to teach us all her tips, tricks, and more! This will be a HANDS ON class with some demonstration. Please be sure to bring 1 medium sized bowl to take your dough home to finish!Come join us for a Saturday morning full of fun, knowledge, samples, and more! She will be teaching us specifically how to feed our starters, mix our loaves, the ins and outs of bulk fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking our loaves. The class will include ONE dehydrated starter and a recipe to take home. This special class costs $65.
Payment is required at time of registration. Class is 11am-1pm. Door opens at 10:45am.
