A one day event, Septemberfest is held in the Village's historic Old Town. The Fest is held annually on the Saturday after Labor Day, includes entertainment, food, kiddie carnival, craft booths and a scholarship contest for Bloomingdale youth. Funding for the scholarship contest comes from private donations and sponsorships.
