Join Blooming with B and Yoga with Vee for an evening designed to center healing sisterhood and wellness in community.We’ll begin with gentle yoga led by Vee to release tension and connect with the body followed by a guided meditation. Together Vee and Brittany will lead journaling with thought-provoking prompts affirmations and a heart-centered group discussion.
