Are you a new mama or a seasoned pro? Whichever catagory you fall into, we all know that motherhood can be a wild rollercoaster ride. It's like trying to juggle a million things at once!
Join Herbalist for the Mums, Nicola Fenton, for a fun exploration of natural remedies. These gems will help you tackle everything from exhaustion and stress to those pesky germs that come with the territory of being a SuperMum!
In the first of a series of workshops we'll be focusing on keeping well. Let's face it, we're exhausted, stressed and living with little super spreaders! Chances are our immune systems are low and we're vulnerable to thse bugs - but remember, there's no day off when you're a super mum!

Bringing Little Ones?
That's absolutely cool - you'll obviously be responsible for them during the workshop however there'll be toys provided to keep them amused! Feel free to bring a changing mat for a baby to lie on or any of there fave toys/rockers etc.

About Me
As a qualified Medical Herbalist (first class hons degree y'all!) I'm qualified to use plants, whose traditional uses are backed up by modern scientific research, as medicine.
I have over ten years experience, knowledge and understanding of using herbs and spreading the wonders of plants as medicine through workshops, forages and with individual clients, creating bespoke medicine for them.
As a mum of two, I'm passionate about women's health - particularly the post-partum period and supporting mums to get through the juggling act and chaos of motherhood!
