Our fall swap will be at Untapped Territory in Lincolnton this year. You can browse and swap and enjoy a beverage (they do sell non alcoholic drinks) on the lawn of the brewery. Lincolnton will be hosting a festival that begins at 3 so we may have a crowd.
* Our area will be under the shelter in the back of the brewery. You can enter from the back side road. There is parking on that street and at Bank of America.
* Please bring healthy and labeled plants that represent the group. You can also bring garden related items like birdbaths, garden art, tools etc. This is a chance to showcase our club and gain new memberships. Make sure plants are in good containers like black plastic pots. If you need some pots ask the group.
* You can accept donations from someone who isn’t swapping. Because it’s a festival day we won’t be able to technically ‘sell’ and we aren’t getting a vendors permit. If you don’t like someone’s offer you don’t have to accept it. You can place suggested amounts for donation on your items.
* We will not allow vendors in our area. Members will be the only ones allowed to bring their plants and garden items.
* Children are allowed. It’s a large area and the brewery is family friendly during afternoon hours.
* Please do not bring items through the front door. We have plenty of access from the back gate behind the brewery.
* All members are encouraged to come even if you are not swapping! We have over 400 members and we would love to meet you.
* If you have questions that can’t be answered in the group site please contact an administrator.
