? IMPORTANT BLOOMAROO UPDATE - Due to the National Weather Service Advisory for High Winds on Saturday, April 1, BLOOMAROO HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO SUNDAY, APRIL 2. Celebrate Spring at the Home of the Cherry Blossoms®. Visit The Wharf on April 2, 2023 for Bloomaroo® presented by Lexus. A free spring extravaganza features a full day of cherry-blossom themed art, music, fireworks, and family-friendly fun along the waterfront! Enjoy a drink at our Cherry Blossom Bar on District pier, s’mores at our firepit, and live music. We’ll cap it all off with our blossom fireworks finale.
? ACTIVITIES & FIREWORKS:
2pm-9pm — Grab a drink at our Cherry Blossom Bar on District Pier, picture yourself in a Lexus and visit the DC Lottery tent to spin the prize wheel to win cash and DC Lottery swag.
2pm-6pm — Activities throughout The Wharf include koi kite decorating, a haiku creation station, karaoke stage, balloon artists, a blossom beauty bar, matcha tea and sake sampling, Ikebana demonstration, performance by the taiko ensemble Nen Daiko, and so much more.
~8:30pm — Blossom Fireworks Finale.
