The experience will begin with a Floral Meditation where you’ll connect with a selection of fresh blooms, tuning into their calming and rejuvenating energy. As you mindfully work with these flowers, you’ll have the chance to craft your own beautiful mini floral arrangement to take home—a reminder of your connection with nature and your inner journey.
After our creative time, we'll transition into a soothing sound bath that will guide you into deep relaxation, helping release stress, balance your energy, and open your heart. Through the calming vibrations of crystal bowls and other healing sounds, you’ll find a renewed sense of peace and clarity.
