Be facilitated through the de-armouring of your heart space through relaxation, connection to your body and the remembering of your innate feminine wisdom. Women in need of some self-care, we invite you to an experience like no other - guided by the women of The Womens Space EAWTC.

What do we discuss?
Each month we choose a different topic such as: Self love, Feminine archetypes, cycle awareness, limiting beliefs, self doubt to confident and invite you in deeper with a beautiful embodiment practise. You will feel connected to yourself, other women and as if a layer of amour has been melted away.
The invitation to stay and connect with us and other women at the end of the event allows you to join our community and feel a sense of belonging. In this space you are welcome to pull cards, have tea and to externalise your experience with us.
This is your opportunity to embody confidence and self love through expression, receiving and devotion to yourself.
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing you can sit on the floor and move in.
Lush, relaxed, gym wear - whatever you are vibing.
What to bring:
- Blanket and cushion for your comfort
- Journal, pen and eye mask (if you have one)
- Water bottle
There is plenty of onstreet parking available closeby.
