Ignite your mornings with Bloom Strong: Rise & Shine, our dynamic yoga class designed to energize your body and mind, held every Monday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by Annie McDonald, this invigorating class features a sunrise sequence to awaken your muscles, strength-building poses to cultivate stability, and powerful sun salutations to energize your spirit.
You'll practice mindful movement and breathwork, promoting focus and well-being, followed by a calming guided relaxation to set a positive tone for your day. Perfect for those with basic yoga knowledge seeking an energetic start to their day.
