About this Event
This 2.5-hour gathering is a gentle spring reset for the nervous system, created as a safe and supportive space for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect.We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting warmth, presence, and self-compassion. From there, we’ll move into slow, trauma-informed yoga, designed to support regulation rather than activation, with plenty of choice and rest throughout.The practice will include grounding and regulation tools you can take with you beyond the mat—simple breathwork, body awareness, and soothing techniques to help you feel more resourced and steady. These will be followed by guided meditation and yoga nidra, allowing the body and mind to deeply rest and reset.A long sound healing journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle frequencies will support emotional release and integration, helping the nervous system settle into a state of ease.We will close with a rose ceremony, symbolizing softness, renewal, and honoring your own pace of growth as we move into spring.This is not a space to push, perform, or fix yourself. Everything offered is an invitation—you are always welcome to modify, rest, or simply receive. No experience necessary. All bodies and nervous systems welcome: come as you are. Leave feeling held, grounded, and gently renewed.
