Once you register, you'll receive an email with a grocery list. You will bring the groceries with you to the event as well as a few tools that will be listed. Once at the workshop, Nicole will share details on the importance of ingredients and preparation. Next, each family unit will prepare their freezer meals with instruction from Nicole. We will have some snacks and drinks available to enjoy while socializing and getting meals prepared! Estimate for the groceries for the 10 meals is approx $100.
