About this Event
Bloom Battles is not your typical coffee competition: it’s a fast, fun, and community-driven game where baristas face off using equal equipment, coffee, and resources.
In each round, competitors draw variables like coffee origin, brew method, dose, and ratio by playing rock–paper–scissors. Then, they have 8 minutes to brew their best 150ml cup for the judges. Three winners will be selected, with each receiving a range of exciting prizes (more info on prizes soon)!
No months of prep. No stiff formalities. Just brewing, strategy, and the joy of coffee. All gear is provided, and each competitor can bring their own prepared water if they choose.
The goal? Not to make the world’s best coffee, but one just a little better than the cup next to yours.
