The menu is as follows:
FIRST COURSE
Tuna Ceviche - Fire roasted tomatoes, citrus vinaigrette. Served on crispy plantains with Lowe Valley NEIPA
SECOND COURSE
Steak and Cheese empanada with peppers and onions, served with 1939 Amber Ale
THIRD COURSE
Fried goat cheese salad over arugula, tomato, cucumber, rosemary croutons ano a honey vinaigrette, served with Full Keel Kolsch
FOURTH COURSE
Blackened Salmon or Chicken (your choice), Served with a bacon & pineapple fried rice, topped with a mango & white balsamic reduction, served with Pomona NEIPA
DESSERT
Passion Fruit Creme Brûlée, served with Fernando Passionfruit Sour
