A fun and empowering workshop for girls aged 8 to 12, designed to build the skills needed for emotional and physical well-being. Equip your daughter with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the changes of puberty with ease. This workshop is facilitated by Yammie Chin (Co-Founder and Principal Clinical Psychologist) and Regina Wee (Qualifying Counsellor).
