BLOOM is designed to be a safe and nurturing space to dive deep into introspection and self-discovery as we navigate the metaphorical blossoming of our inner worlds this Spring.
This is an immersive journey with plant medicine, as we explore somatic practices for trauma release, designed to facilitate your inner transformation.
Through a blend of workshops, guided meditations, and a full 5 hour plant medicine ceremony, BLOOM offers a sanctuary for personal exploration and collective awakening.
What to expect:
🌿 Plant Medicine Ceremony:
Our event includes the intentional use of plant medicine through Lavendar and Native Fungi medicine. These gentle yet powerful allies guide you towards expanded consciousness and introspection, paving the way for profound insights and self-exploration. This part of the experience will last about 5 hours. *More specific information can be provided upon inquiry.
❤️ Trauma Release Exercises (TRE):
You’ll be guided through Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) to help release deep-rooted tensions and promote healing deep within the body. Through a series of guided movements and exercises, you'll discover the innate wisdom of your body, release trauma, foster resilience and restore balance to your nervous system.

Our Neurosomatic Breathwork practices will guide you into deep states of relaxation and inner exploration. Harnessing the power of breath, you'll tap into the vast potential of your mind-body connection, resetting the nervous system, unblocking stagnant energies and deepening into self. You’ll be guided to connect with your inner child and receive a sound healing.
