Before retiring Mary Newton was one of the UK's top forensic scientists. Come along and hear her reveal the secrets of forensic investigation and how she contributed to bringing killers to justice. Mary was involved in such infamous cases as Stephen Lawrence Rachel Nickel Lyn & Megan Russell and the Muswell Hill Butcher; Denis Neilson.
This is not a scientific talk this is a thoroughly entertaining explanation of what really goes on and dispels so many of the fictional concepts seen in TV dramas.
