Ways to Schedule Your Donation Appointment:
1. Visit Vitalant.org, https://donors.vitalant.org/dwp/portal/dwa Click on Code and enter code: 10055286
2. Call Vitalant during regular business hours at 877-258-4825, referencing the NOV 26th Hadley's Hope and TEAM 4 Kids Blood Drive, for assistance with eligibility questions and scheduling your appointment.
3. Scan QR Code and follow the prompts.

Donor Preparation:
- #1 deferral for women is low iron. Women begin eating iron rich foods.
- 3 days prior begin to increase water intake – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
- Eat prior to donation (no fasting)
- Bring Photo ID reflecting first and last names
- Visit restroom prior to beginning the donation process
- Donors may take their health history the day of donations – see below.

Regarding Fast Track: Simply log on day of donation and follow the prompts. When completed either print out the boarding pass or snap a picture of the QR code for our staff to scan.
