This blood drive is being held during Kaia FIT Sierra's BRIK orientation open house at our West Reno studio.
For any Kaia FIT Sierra member planning on donating, know that we will have a workout from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. It is recommended to not exercise after a blood donation, so if you are planning on exercising, we recommend booking your blood donation appointment for 10:30 a.m. or later.
