Who can give blood?
If you are over the ages of 17 & in general good health or over 70 and have given a full donation within the past two years - you can continue to give blood!,
Please make sure you have eaten before donating.

Appointments are available up to eight weeks in advance of the session.
Online booking closes 14hrs before session begins.
