To celebrate the launch of the third edition of everyone's favourite fantasy football game, we are helping you take the plunge into the premier Old World sports game Blood Bowl with another Try Something New Day! We have a number of teams built up already so you can bring your own or borrow one of ours to try your hand at coaching to glory!
What is Blood Bowl?
Blood Bowl is the game of fantasy football set in a version of the Old World, where sports mayhem is not only tolerated, but encouraged. Blood Bowl is a tactical game of big scores and maniacal violence. How you choose to coach your team is entirely up to you – will you go for agility and speed, or buckle down with some bruisers? There are options to play in a League style format or just one off Exhibition matches, and plenty of flavour within all the different teams and Star Player options to really make it your own!
Blood Bowl is an exciting tabletop game of fantasy football for two players, in which you coach a team of Citadel miniatures, and punch, throw, catch and score for gold, glory and bragging rights! Design, draft and develop your players as you lead them to victory in the Nuffle cups and beyond!
What do I need to take part?
For this Try Something New Day, we have built up a number of teams for new players to borrow and get straight into playing! All you need to do is book a slot and come on down, and we will provide everything you need to play and learn the new edition! If you have your own team, feel free to bring them along to learn with your chosen favourites, and just ask if there's a team you’re interested in trying out and we’ll try to match you with the nearest one that we have available!
