This women centered fire ritual calls you to embody Freyja - goddess of battle magic, desire, and fierce feminine strength. Guided by the Raven, we gather around a real outdoor fire to awaken the primal, intuitive, and embodied warrior within.
Through slow, Viking inspired movement, somatic grounding, breath work, journaling, and fire ritual, we reclaim the parts of ourselves that refuse to be quiet or small. This is not a performance or a fitness class - it is ritual, remembrance, and reclamation.
This gathering includes:
-Slow, hypnotic, primal movement around the fire
-Somatic grounding & ritual breath
-Ancestral journaling prompts
-A fire rite of claiming and embodiment
Setting:
We will begin and spend time outside around a real fire, embracing the cold as part of the ritual - a reminder that warriors create heat from within.
My home will be open throughout the gathering as a warm indoor sanctuary for grounding, rest, or warming up as needed.
