In this 2-day in-person course, participants learn the basics of Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training including how rhythmic exercises can be utilized to regulate muscle tone and stimulate the brain, in order to improve attention, control of impulses, and diminish hyperactivity. The course also examines important primitive reflexes and how to integrate them using rhythmic movements and isometric pressure.
Participants will learn the basics of Rhythmic Movement Training and how to test for 6 primitive reflexes. Through theory and practice, they will learn 5 passive movements, 13 active movements and 4 Isometric techniques to help integrate reflexes.
This course is deal for educational therapists, classroom and special education teachers, EC's, caregivers, physical and occupational therapists, counsellors, therapists, parents, developmental optometrists, and massage therapists.

Tonic Labyrinthine Reflex (TLR)
Landau Reflex
Symmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex (STNR)
Spinal Galant Reflex
Amphibian Reflex
Babinski Reflex

No previous experience required (unless registering to Review the course, in which case, proof of BRMT Level 1 is required).
