Block Printing Christmas Napkin Workshop Learn the wonderful addictive art of Block Printing and block print your own Christmas napkins. If you don’t want to do a Christmas theme that is fine.
Woodblock printing is a technique for printing text, images or patterns used widely throughout East Asia and originating in China in antiquity as a method of printing on textiles and later paper. As a method of printing on cloth, the earliest surviving examples from China date to before 220AD
We will be learning to print with wooden blocks using coloured fabric paints onto lovely quality white cotton napkins. No previous experience needed and all materials will be supplied.
You will make 4 napkins if you need to make more there will be an additional charge please let me know at the time of booking.
