About this Event
An introductory hands on experience on block printing, using soft carve block, carving tools and simple printing techniques. Participants will engage in an immersive exploration process using paper and soft carve blocks. The carved blocks can be used on various mediums – paper, textiles, foam etc.
Susha Suresh is a dedicated and experienced textile design educator with years of experience serving as an Assistant Professor in the Textile Design Department of National Institute of Fashion Technology, India . Now a resident in the Waterloo region, Susha brings forth global knowledge in textile and design practices and loves sharing art and printing techniques.
