In this class, participants will learn the basics of carving into and printing a linoleum block. They will start by drawing a design, transferring it onto the block, carving it into relief and end with printing onto cardstock, creating their own Valentine's cards. Students can come to class with an idea of what they would like to produce or find inspiration in class.Our goal is to have participants finish the session with ~20-30 hand printed Valentines. This heart warming winter class is aimed at youth ages 9–14 and limited to 12 participants.
