Program includes:
2-5pm - Workshops and crafts.
> Non-violent Direct Action training featuring Greens MLC Sue Higginson,
> Banner painting and screen printing,
> Affinity Group and relational organising training,
> and many other piratical activities!
5-6:30pm - Crisis simulation in Spokes Council
> What happens when the unexpected happens? Practice collective decision-making in a crisis and in Affinity Groups.
> This training is critical to participate in direct democracy at the Blockade!
6:30-9pm - Debrief, dinner, and dancing!
> Break bread together and meet others heading up to Newcastle,
> Draw the Rising Tide Sydney raffle,
> Practise the Blockade's very own sea shanty,
> Get your groove on in preparation for the biggest gig of the year!
