This is just the beginning! The Blk Girls Heal Circle will meet every Wednesday after our exciting Kick-Off, creating a consistent sisterhood where girls ages 9 & up can share, learn, and thrive.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By Registering For This Event, You "AGREE" To The Following Waiver, Release, and Indemnity Agreement

DISCLAIMER
By acknowledging the information below, I hereby register my daughter/ward or myself for the One Village Alliance "Girls Circle Kickoff" event taking place on November 12th, 2025, and continuing weekly throughout the quarter. I understand that this registration is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver, Release, and Indemnity Agreement. Completion of registration constitutes a legal and binding agreement between One Village Alliance (including collaborating or partnering organizations, individuals, volunteers, students, and other affiliates) and the undersigned.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE
I understand and agree that I am responsible for any damage to One Village Alliance property, or that of its partners or affiliates, caused by myself, my child, or my ward due to negligence or misconduct. I will immediately report any such damage to a member of the event staff.

RELEASED PARTIES
I understand, agree to, and hereby release One Village Alliance, along with its affiliates, administrators, staff, employees, contractors, volunteers, and collaborating partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all obligations, claims, or financial liabilities that may arise from participation in or observation of any Girls Circle program activities. This includes any incidents or accidents occurring during travel to or from the event.

PARTICIPANT INJURY
I understand and agree that I am assuming full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur to myself, my child, or my ward while participating in the Girls Circle Kickoff or any affiliated activity. I release the Released Parties from any liability related to such occurrences, including incidents arising from emergency actions taken by staff or volunteers. I acknowledge that no refunds or compensation will be granted in the event of voluntary withdrawal or removal from the event.

PHOTO/PROMOTIONAL RELEASE
I grant permission for photographs or video footage taken during the event to be used in promotional materials, social media, or publications by One Village Alliance or its partners. I understand that these materials may feature me, my child, or my ward and that no compensation will be provided for such use. By completing this registration, I affirm that these terms are legally binding upon me (individually and on behalf of my child or ward), my heirs, and assigns.
