• Registration/Participation for/in this retreat requires women to be 18 years of age at time of purchasing ticket.
• Participation in this retreat demands a certain level of mobility and fitness due to the nature of the Retreat venues in Ubud. The locations include uneven paths, stairs, and walkways.
• Activities will be conducted on uneven ground, including gaining access to and from the accommodation and retreat activities/or program locations, many of which will involve stairs.

• Spiritual retreats are designed to offer participants an opportunity for reflection, relaxation, spiritual and personal growth. However, it is important to understand the following:
• Blissful You Woman’s Retreat is not intended for, nor should ever be used in place of professional services including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological services.
• Suitability and Health Considerations: Before booking your ticket, please ensure that Blissful You Women’s Retreat and its spiritual content are suitable for you. It is strongly recommended that you seek medical advice to determine if you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in the retreat.

• Payment for the deposit only covers part of the total price of the ticket to the event. The full price is listed in the event description and when purchasing the "ticket".

• By paying the deposit, you commit to a monthly payment plan consisting of equal instalments of the remaining balance.

• The first instalment is due on the 10th of the month following your deposit payment.
• The final payment must be made in full by July 30, 2025. By paying the deposit, you agree to pay the monthly invoices as they become due and ensure the balance is paid by the deadline.

• The Early Bird discount is available until November 30, 2024. This discount is not applicable to payment plans.
• Payment for the Early Bird offer must be made in full within 30 days of the ticket purchase.

• The ticket price includes accommodation and activities provided by Goddess Dreaming Events & Carrie De Block.
• Costs such as flights, visas, passports, insurance, additional meals and drinks, and other general travel expenses not listed are your responsibility.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Blissful You Women’s Retreat will ask for a copy of your insurance documents prior to attending retreat, Travel insurance must be obtained to participate and is at your own expense.
• Ensure your travel insurance covers out-of-pocket expenses that may arise if you are unable to attend due to COVID-19, medical grounds, or any other reason outside your control.

• If the retreat is cancelled by Goddess Dreaming Events and Carrie De Block, you will receive a full refund.

• You may transfer your ticket to another person (a transferee) at no additional cost.
• Notify Goddess Dreaming Events and Carrie De Block in writing before the commencement date.

• While we will strive to ensure no changes occur, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes to course dates, details, facilitators, and locations.
• By proceeding with booking and paying your deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
