About this Event
Get blissed out during this one hour yogic practice meant to improve spinal health. We will begin with gentle backbend poses and build upon that until reaching deep advanced spinal movement. Modifications will be offered so that you can safely flow through the poses and create a practice that fits your personal needs. After awakening the spine we will rest in a deeply restorative savasana that may include a blend of guided imagery, sound healing, crystal healing, essential oils, and reiki.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
