We come into the world with a great capacity for bliss, pleasure and joy. Over time, stress, trauma and losses diminish our ability to find this bliss within. Kundalini Yoga gives us the formula and practices to rebuild and rejoice.
This time after the Summer Solstice holds potency to revitalize our energetic systems. Utilize this solar season to expand your inner radiance and rebuild a buoyant positive attitude to carry you through darker seasons.
This two day workshop immersion will use Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Dance and Sound Healing to expand your threshold to hold and maintain states of joy and bliss.
If inspired, you’ll be given all the tools to begin a 40 Day At-Home Meditation practice to sustain your gains and build upon them.

The Starhouse was constructed by a small group of people dedicated to the principles of Sacred Geometry, StarWisdom, Sacred Union, Mythical Theatre and Community Ceremony. This beautiful, land-based temple was built between 1989-90. Since then it's served as a sacred meeting place for humanity and the Divine as a living temple offering itself to the world in the spirit of Trans-denominational spirituality and the unity of all faiths and traditions.</h4>
Your Guide
Pavanjeet is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Westerner Astrologer and Sound Healer based in Boulder, Colorado. His yogic studies began over 20 years ago and have taken him around the world. Consulting current astrological transits Pavanjeet conducts classes, workshops, retreats and personalized sessions connecting students with their inner truth and power. He offers a refreshing perspective to ancient teachings while maintaining their integrity and potency.
Preparation
Some yoga experience is recommended for this immersion
This immersion is not recommended for anyone under 13 years old.
The gong is not recommended during pregnancy.
This is a sober event. It is not recommended to participated in plant-medicine 48 hours prior to the event.
Have a light lunch before arrival on Day 1. Light snack provided in between sessions.
What to Bring
- Comfortable breathable clothing with layers
- Journal, pen/pencil
- Yoga Mat, Meditation Cushion/ Pillow, Blanket/Shaw (some available at Starhouse)
- Water bottle (spring water available in Starhouse)
- Sunscreen / sunhat / natural bug spray
