About this Event
1) Bling Deva MC would like to thank all vendors in advance for your support and donation to the event. Vendor spots are $45 plus event brite fee, Plus a Raffle prize valued at $25 or more, dropped off no later than Sept 20th OR 12 Jars of peanut butter.
2) ARRIVAL TIME FOR VENDORS AT THE EVENT IS 8 A.M. SPACE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO EVERYONE ALREADY SO WE WILL GUIDE YOU TO YOUR DESIGNATED SPOT AFTER YOU CHECK IN.
3) IN YOUR VENDOR SPACE THERE WILL BE NO TABLES, CHAIRS, ELECTRICITY OR POP UP TENT PROVIDED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING ALL NECESSARY ITEMS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE EVENT. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST POP UP TENTS TO PROVIDE SHADE FOR YOU, YOUR WORKERS AND YOUR CUSTOMERS. Please secure your tent with 20# weight minimum in case of weather.
4) Once you have checked in and have your space number PLEASE UNLOAD YOUR CAR OR TRUCK AND THEN GO PARK. We don’t have enough room for everyone to leave their vehicles by the vendor space. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH AND THEN GO PARK PLEASE!! You will be guided to the vendor parking when your car has been unloaded.
5) Please don’t forget to drop off any items you would like added to our 300 swag bags we will be giving away to the first 300 attendees. By Friday September 20th.
6) There will be food for purchase. A Meal ticket is $15 and can be purchased at registration. Please bring cash for that. You may also bring your own packed lunch and cold drinks. NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED except purchased from Vendor booth that has been licensed by the city of Henderson. Please don’t get us fined by the compliance officers that like to pop in. Please no intoxicated behavior.
7) Vendors may purchase raffle tickets for the over 300 items we have to raffle off. Tickets are $20 for twenty-five raffle tickets and $100 for one hundred and fifty tickets! What a deal!
8) We will be offering an incentive for attendees to visit and shop at the vendor village. We are offering a chance to win a $250 Yetti cooler. They will have a card with all the vendors’ names on it. They must get at least 25 stamps on their card to get entered in the drawing. You will also be given a stack of raffle tickets to give out with a purchase at your booth.
