Back by popular demand -- we had so much fun at this event last year, we're doing it again!
Each ticket includes a Blind Date Book, and we'll have additional Blind Date Books available for sale, along with fun bookish items and merch.
What's a Blind Date Book? It's a secret! We provide the genre and three key descriptions, but the title, cover, and plot remain a mystery until you unwrap your book. This is an excellent way to try out a new genre or perhaps discover a new author you never would have picked up because you (mis)judged a book by its cover.
If the book is really not your thing or you've already read it, we'll have a few unwrapped options for swapping. We also encourage folks to mingle and make friends, which was one of the best parts of last year's event.
There are food trucks located across the street that deliver to the taproom, and Good Cause Brewing will have beer and tasty non-alcoholic beverages available as well.
Check-in starts at 6:00pm, but attendees are welcome to come and go between 6:00pm and 8:00pm to keep browsing and see what's been added to the swap table.
Spots are limited, so make sure you snag a ticket!
Note: You may only pick up your Blind Date Book at the event on February 13; if you do not attend the event, you will forfeit the book.
