Welcome to the Blessing of the Backpacks event at Lift UCC! Students, parents, and teachers alike are invited to join us on Sun, Sep 8 at 11AM as we kick off the school year with blessings and love.First, all children are invited to participate in our "Play & Pray" Children's Ministry during the church service, where they'll participate in our Godly Play curriculum and make a fun craft to attach to their backpacks!
Afterwards, we will all come together in the sanctuary, and students will be invited to bring their own backpacks forward to be blessed, and they will receive a free school supply. This event is a great opportunity to start the school year on a positive note and connect with others in the community!
