Bleach Dyeing with Clair

Join Clair in The Art Room to learn several creative techniques to customize your wardrobe with bleach. You'll start by learning several application techniques on scrap fabric using bleach pens, stamps, stencils, droppers and sponges. Once you've had a chance to try out the process you'll move on to working on clothing. Please bring at least one piece of darkly colored cotton clothing. Black, dark greens, dark blues, and maroons tend to give the best result. Jeans are not recommended because of the thickness of the fabric. Please dress in your messiest clothing as there is a very good chance you'll get some bleach on yourself. We do our best to keep the odor down with a neutralizer, but you may want to wear a face mask for this class. Ages 13 and up.
