Set within the elegant surroundings of The Sorting Room at the Parkgate Hotel, Cardiff, the pop-up offers a unique opportunity to experience Blas in a new setting, while staying true to the spirit of Pembrokeshire.
At the heart of the event is Blas’ talented kitchen team, led by head chefs Dan Slipakiv and Gareth Evans, alongside Justin Llewellyn from The Parkgate Hotel. Together, they have created a menu inspired by land and sea, celebrating the finest local produce Pembrokeshire has to offer. Each dish reflects a deep respect for provenance, seasonality and the natural landscape that defines our region.
